This thick shell is used by Ostrons to manufacture tools and weapons. Source: Cut from Glappid fish via Fisher Hai-Luk in Cetus (Earth). Catch Glappid in the Plains of Eidolon ocean at Night using Glappid Bait. Also drops from Thumper Bulls in the Plains of Eidolon.
